Ironic name for a tedious individual who believes himself to be the most interesting thing around. Mr Interestings tend to be fat security guards with ugly girlfriends. They drone on and on about the most inconsequential things and expect their audience to be rivetted.
Oh shit, here comes Mr Interesting.
And his repulsive girlfriend.
Let's run before they collar us. Once that boring bastard starts talking we can kiss goodbye to the whole fucking week.

An Insult.
'Interesting' as in sarcastically, and 'build' means your body structure/shape or type.
I simple words, it means "You look funny".
Mainly used on platforms like Twitter as an body shaming insult.

This is the libel-proof way of really saying "we think this guy is a suspect but we don't yet have probable cause and we want to talk to him and hope he's stupid enough to confess and make our case." But, for some reason, they choose not to come out and say that the person is a "suspect" that they would arrest on sight.
Person of interest means we don't have enough to arrest; suspect means we do.

Chief Smith said: "Witnesses described a bald white male with a 'wifebeater' shirt as being at the scene of the crime. He is a person of interest in this case and we would like to talk to him."

Two people, usually at young ages, who test each other with romantic advances and have sexual feelings for each other, but don't actually commit to each other.

n., a nascent bromance. This is what a man has for a man he has just met, with whom he is likely to have bromance but the relationship has yet to advance to that level.
Dave's going to go over to the coffee shop and chat with that guy that he met at the party last night. He's his bromantic interest.
