"Horsey as Fuck" - a term aimed at idiot horse people who have no real talent or ability beyond back yard horse owner. It is common for them to have delusions of grandeur in regards to their training or riding abilities. Yet they will insist their knowledge or methods exceed that of people who have trained, ridden, or shown in in the industry/hobby for decades. It is often noted that their advice or knowledge is unrealistic and often dangerous or stupid by nature.

The tween attempting to explain how a 1200lb animal with a small brain forms a magical bond with only one owner in it's lifetime is HAF.

The person allowing or teaching their horse to put a leg around your waist in a "hug" or teaching it to rear, while insisting the horse will never hurt me because he loves me is HAF.
