An offending word describing a overweight person. Usually used about people who are; fat, lonesome, anti-social and perverts. Usually spend their time at home and despite to go out in public. This is the kind of people who spend their time infront of the VCR with a pack of toiletpaper!

much the same as its realtive term "ïpso facto" which means 'by the very fact', ipso fatso stands for 'by the very fat'. (2) Can be use as a term of endearment. In my case, my overweight kitty and best buddy, Magoo, is referred to as "ipso fatso" when he insists, at times, to be carried to his food dish. (3) In the feline world, a Garield! >^..^<
