Cryptactilex

A word whose meaning you understand intuitively through context or use, but cannot clearly define when asked. It lives in your vocabulary as a felt sense rather than a formal explanation.

I use “existential” all the time, but when my friend asked me to define it, I totally blanked—classic cryptactilex.

Cryptarded

When something is just a little fucky. Slightly worse than normal, but not horrible.

I slept a little cryptarded last night and now my back hurts.
