A statement originating in Toronto, made when someone conspires to commit a crime or has already done so.

This typically involves an age gap between two people, such as a 19 year old dating a 17 year old.

After waiting on hold for 40 minutes for a representative while making dinner and trying to get his son to clean his room, John developed a case of the fuck-its, hung up, cracked a beer and sat down to watch some cat videos.
