Beetch is like the word biatch; clearly the person using beetch is trying to say bitch but pronouncing it like that is much more fun. Saying beetch is usually light hearted and not used to insult somebody . People who feel uncomfortable swearing might also say the word beetch instead of bitch.

An Old school entertainment device, invented in the 1970's along with other whack stuff like the Abacus. It was a Loud Video Cassette that the whole street could hear in the machine. Was replaced by the VHS.
