noun. Slang for Wallgreens Pharmacy, often used in Southern California as a physical location to meet at in order to exchange cash for prescription drugs due to the visible distinguishable ‘W’ logo on the side of Wallgreens Pharmacies and the acessibility to prescription medications. Popularized by hiphop artist ScHoolboy Q in the song entitled Collard Greens from his third studio album Oxymoron. Throughout the album ScHoolboy Q references his previous career shift from selling crack-cocaine to oxycotin, a powerful synthetic opiet that is commonly prescribed to those suffering from chronic pain and which also retains a high street value and demand.

Meet me at the ‘W’ and no it’s not the Westside.

A term commonly used for a couple of people who tend to be smug asses, or think they know everything. The two most subjected people to this "insult" if you will, are DJ's for a little radio station in Alaska.
