Wayne Stated

When Wayne State University pulls a drastic, last second change affecting a large portion of the student body.

I had my schedule all set up to have Tuesdays off, and then the week before classes start they tell us that this class meets on Tuesdays, despite what is posted when registering. We all just got Wayne Stated.

They changed the syllabus with 2 weeks notice and moved our calculations exam up a whole week to the same day that we have our biochem exam. We all just got Wayne Stated.

In Pennsylvania, one must buy wine and booze at the state store and beer at a beer distributor due to the state's dumb laws banning grocery and convenience stores form selling alcoholic beverages.

boys or girls learning to skate because they love it
they usly know the names of a bunch of tricks, brands, and pro skater but ARE NOT posers
they skate cuz they love to (even if there not that good) not to impress anyone
dosnt always wear skater brands cuz they dont wanna be a poser
gets made fun of by poser, but the truth is that they are better than the poser at skating anyday

beginner skater: hey man can you show me how to do an ollie?
poser: no way! youll never learn to skateboard!
beginner skater *walks away sad and embrassed*
real skater:hey ill show you
beginner skater: cool thanks
real skater to poser: let me see you do an ollie
poser: uhhh...sure *falls on ass*
real skater: and you make fun of other people *sigh and shakes head*

Dixie State University

Utah's party school. Seriously about the only thing it's known for.

Dixie State University is a small school located in St. George Utah and founded in 1911. Formerly known as Dixie State College. Dixie's mascot is "Big D" which is kind of awesome. Kids go there to 'escape' Utah but still be in Utah. Many mormon freshmen will have their first sip of alcohol while attending Dixie. It's conveniently close to Las Vegas and California and is insanely hot in the summer. A genuinely great school with administration and professors that don't totally suck. Surrounded by beautiful Utah scenery and home to lots of outdoor activities. Like drinking. Lots and lots of drinking.

I heard the business program there is actually pretty good but I can't remember because I was way too drunk.

"Dude you're going to Dixie State University??"
"Yeah I really love it's location, curriculum, and affordability!"
"No, you just wanted to drink way too much and pretend you're still in high school"
"Yeah, you're right..."
