A person who is generally good looking but has something about them which isn't quite right whether that be a physical trait or apprearace from certain angles, mannerism or about their style/clothing. Often you know a person has a spastic edge but you cannot quite put your finger on the cause.

A genre of dance music popular in Finland and with a passionate minority of psychedelic trance heads. The music is characterised by off-beat kick drums and percussion, low fidelity instruments and quirky melodies. This sound was made famous by Texas Faggot of Finland. The name is derived from the way people dance to the music: pertaining to, of the nature of, or characterized by spasm.
