A large, throbbing dancing scrum, set to dance-pop music, comprised mostly of fist pumping, high-fiving Jersey Shore types, and their hard partying, bottle poppin', ass-grinding compatriots.

Shorti MeatBall

1) the 2nd smallest submarine/hoagie sandwich size (6 inch roll) sold at Wawa convenience stores, preceded by the Junior ( 4 inch), and followed by the Classic (10 inch) and 2-footer.

2) a female/girl/woman of less than average height, who is very curvaceous.

*Guy #1- Man, "Tiffany" is my Shorti MeatBall. I mean, I'm usually not into chicks under 5-3, but Damn! Her butt and boobs belong on a girl at least 6 inches taller...
