The non-vulgar/swear version of shit.
Often used in front of parents as a substitute for a curse word.

As a verb:

As a noun:

A Shizz biscuit is an insult that is not insulting. When you do not want to hurt someones feelings, or some who you don't want hearing you insult someone is around, Shizz Biscuit is a name to call some one in order to playfully call them a name and theirfore is approprate in that kind of situatution.
