SFM is short for Source Film Maker, a software developed by Valve that allows users to create animations in the Source engine. It is most often used to create short videos featuring the popular characters from the 2007 Valve title Team Fortress 2. A variety of uses exist, like short meme videos, reanimations, and small clips. However, grandiose, feature length creations like Emesis Blue, the Fedora Chronicles Series, and Endless Rust 1&2 exist to show the immenses potential a talented team can show off with the program.
