Sectumsempra

A spell in the Harry Potter series that cuts the target several times like a sword. It was invented by Severus Snape and chronicled in his annotated Potions schoolbook, where Harry Potter learned it. The cuts can only be healed immediately after infliction by a countercurse also created by Severus Snape.

The spell is ineffective on Inferi or other creatures who do not have or need blood.

The name derives from the Latin sectum, "cut", and semper, "always"

Harry Potter dropped Draco Malfoy like a convulsing brick by slashing him with the effects of Sectumsempra.

Da Section

Wilbursection located in East Trenton, NJ is home to a sizable Black community, in addition to having small pockets of Latinos (mainly from Puerto Rico) and Italians. This sub-neighborhood is home to some of the most significant arson, drug dealing, homocide, prostitution, robbery, and violence in the city. The Crips street gang had a significant presence in East Trenton for a few years until massive attention was given to them by the Trenton Police Department and their senior leadership was targeted, arrested, and incarcerated, it is currently occupied by the Bloods street gangs.

Used to describe a location where operations rarely go according to plan.

Origin:
The Simpsons - Springfield Nuclear Power Plant
Homer Simpson is head of Sector 7-G, the plant safety division.

The hotel in 'Faulty Towers' could be discribed as Sector 7-G

My house could be discribed as Sector 7-G, as cleaning operations never get done when they should.

The company i work for could be discribed as Sector 7-G etc.

The act of concealing your handgun under your car seat. The car manufacturer Audi, and a few others placed a built in compartment underneath the driver and passenger seats for storing items. This compartment can be used to store your firearm.
