A person who just discovered that all humans are made from a man and a woman and thusly have both feminine and masculine traits....yet somehow think they have stumbled upon a unique state of being and decide to identify with neither of the aspects that make them who they are. These people have never heard of C.J. Jung but can promptly label you from a mountain of textbook operative definitions....none of which actually give credit to the architect of this phenomenon ....a white cisgender male....with "privilege".
"As a non-binary individual, I think you should check you white cisgender maleness"
"Uh...I am a Jungian psychologist."
"EXACTLEY.....and you are privilged to boot"

Non-Binary is a gender often put under the transgender umbrella. It is often disregarded and those who identify as non-binary are belittled. Non-Binary people do not identify as male or female. Some are more feminine or masculine but most present themselves pretty androgynous. They often use they/them pronouns.
NB person: mom, dad, I'm non-binary.
Mom: Wait what does that mean?
NB person: I'm not male or female.

Yes, we exist, someone who goes by They/Them pronouns, Non-binary is a blanket term for Genderfluid, Genderqueer, Questioning etc. We don't feel right in either binary gender pronouns (ie. She/Her He/Him) and if you don't understand that then that's ok I guess, but please be nice to us, we're sad

A person who are comfortable with their femininity masculinity but feel dysmorphia /discomfort when referred to as a woman/man therefore uses non-binary terms such as they/them.
