Negrification

Replacing a white (sometimes asion or other) character in with a black character in the spirit of inverted-racist discrimination, to popularize black people in the entertainment industry. Mostly in movies.
Examples: Heimdall from norse legend in Thor. The red-headed Irish guy called Red in Shawshank redemption.

Did you see that on Once Upon a Time? They made rapunzel into a black woman. Total negrification! It's a german fairy-tale...

"Lake No Negro" is a derisive nickname given to the city of Lake Oswego, Oregon by some Portland Metro residents. It refers to a suburb of Portland, Oregon, which (by assumption) has no black people. Not wholly true, but almost.

Beso negro

In Mexican culture, a slang term to to refer to the act of placing your mouth into contact with your partner's asshole. It can range from a simple kiss to more intricate making out such a licks, bites, sucks, tongue etc. i.e. a rimjob.
Literally translates to a "black kiss."

Girl 1: I gave Jason a beso negro last night. It was hot.
Girl 2: Oh yeah! I give my girlfriend besos negros all the time.
