A new verb coined to describe the process of having a new scope item or change in strategic direction thrust upon an unsuspecting PM, usually 1 week out from an IAR gate and communicated in an ‘oh by the way’ corridor conversation.

"Hey PM, are you still submitting your IAR documentation end of today?"
"I might need a bit longer... I just got Langered"

The definition of Langer is the feeling when somebody comes in your room and doesn't close the door. Basically it's when your angry but too lazy to do anything about it

I got so langry last night when my mom came in and didn't shut the door. I couldn't be bothered to get up and do it so I shouted at her to shut it but she didn't and just told me to do it and called me lazy.
