Jacademic / Jackademic

Person/People (usually with a university background or a similar form of higher education) who decide to speak in convoluted, very jargon oriented terms about general subjects/topics with the main intent to either: show off their supposed expertise; their superior intellect over their audience; or both.

The main feeling of their audience, however, would typically be "what a long-winded prick..." or a similar negative thought.

Expanding from this, politicians could be described as Jacademics with enhanced convolution and word play abilities.

Professor at dinner party: You know Charles, the stagnant, and you could even say bearish, state of the economy is fundamentally a result of the proliferation of questionable securities and derivatives products offered by major investment banks with the help of their Federal Reserve and Politician friends.

A person who makes shit up to be funny, but has no real sense of what is actually funny and/or interesting, and/or worth anyone's time.

"Hey, I'm a fucking jackass, I'm going to go comment on every new youtube video (hopefully with just the word First),then I'll get into an arguement about how much better my country is, probably drop a few racist comments, call someone a fag, maybe imply that someone's mother and I have performed some sexual acts, and afterwards I'll make up stupid shit and post it on Urban Dictionary, or anywhere else I see a submit button!"

Jackassery

I, like many of you, have to spend a great deal of time on the job dealing with people that don't know their asses from a hole in the ground - you know, jackasses. Jackassery is the act/art of being a jackass; behaving in a manner that is completely nonsensical.

I have no time for this jackassery.

I am allergic to jackassery just like you are allergic to common sense, so it would be best if we kept our distance.

A member of the poor black community who steals and then sells for coke money.

Melique walks into his buddy Tyrone's house to find a considerable amount of cocaine on the table. Melique says, "Tyrone, where you get the money for all this coke?"

Tyrone replies, "how do you think motha fucka?"

Melique says, "Tyrone, yous such a White Jackal mayne!"
