Hokie

Some silly word Virginia Tech students and faculty never shut the fuck up about because of "school spirit". Its supposed to be a reference to the Gobbler mascot, but it just looks stupid as shit when its plastered on signs, posters, and any campus promotional material all across Tech, or even worse, the fucking homework assignments. (Ex: Engineering 1225: M1 Part 2 "Learning to be a "Hokie" Engineer" .)

"Who's a hokie? I'm a hokie!!!!" screams the crowd of college students.
One guy, passing by casually chuckles,"What a hokey load of bullshit."

"Go HOKIES!!!" the crowd of football fans shouts as they stroke themselves off.

Finishes submitting application "Hey Mom, I just applied to Tech!"
"Oh, my boy's gonna be a hokie!!!"
"A fucking what?"

The art of taking an absolutely ridiculously massive toke from someone else's joint after asking someone for a hit. Done so the person hoking gets as much weed as possible.
