When you go to make a PB&J sandwich, but there is only the end pieces of the bread left. Everyone hates the heel meal, so much so that one would rather not have a sandwich at all than eat it.

Son: "Dad, we need food, there's nothing to eat!"
Dad: "Isn't there bread by the toaster, just go make a sandwich."
Son: "There's two pieces left and I'm not making a heel meal!"
