Slang in the Midwest that refers to a male with a disgustingly large stomach. A Gurfatass is also extremely awkward when around females.

Person One: Wow that kid must weigh 330 lbs!
Person Two: Which one?
Person One: The one struggling to talk to that girl.
Person Two: Yea he looks like a real Gurfatass.
