What you call someone who sucks at something or is a loser/bum/scrub/ or any other term that describes someone as being unsatisfactory.

"Maaan.. yo jumpshot is garbage.. you so food stamps.."

For instance, if someone has a nice jumpshot, then their jumpshot is "money". But, if someone's jumpshot is "broke", then that person is food stamps.

Money that the government supposedly gives to people who do not make enough money to buy "nutritious food" because of not getting paid enough from their job, or not having a job. But it's really only given to blacks and mexicans, especially mexicans that don't speak English.

Not given to Asian Americans or whites who don't make enough money to do anything but pay bills, or live in their vehicles and worry about when they are going to get their next meal. Also, not given to people that don't dress ghetto.

Most food stamps are used by rich/poor black people, mexicans, or white people who dress or are ghetto.

---Example 1---
Asian #1: Hey man, I'm tired of stealing hot dogs from work, so I'm going to go apply for food stamps.
Asian #2: Alright man, you don't make more than $1100 a month, right?
Asian #1: I'm lucky if I make that.

1 month later...
Asian #1: WTF! They said I make too much money to get food stamps.
Mexican lady: What? I make more than you, and I have it. Honestly, you'd get them if you were black.

white girl: I've applied for food stamps 3 times, and I can never get them. I have 2 kids and work part time in a gas station. I've been on the section 8 list for a couple years.
