That girl just dyed her hair blonde, as if we didn't already know she's a doofus.

1. (Past Tense) The act of a physical failure, i.e. fall, trip, crash. Especially used when biking, running, skiing, snowboarding.

2. "Doofed Her" could totally have sexual connotations as well.
