Dirty Claude

A Dirty Claude (also known as a Dirty C-load), is when, during the act of fellatio, the man ejaculates into his partner's mouth, hits his esteemed partner in the back of the head. This in turn causes a chain reaction that makes the semen projectile from the nose. Using her quick reactions she then catches the semen on her tongue.
