You're being drained by Mr./Mrs. Leech, so the very least the state could do is let you park closer to the bank you have to go to monthly to keep Mr./Mrs. Leech attached to your teat. Alas as per usual you get nothing from being attached to Mr./Mrs. Leech. So you park in the furthest spot from the bank entrance. Get out of your car dragging the dead weight of said leech along, they're attached to your teat... remember, you go in and withdrawal the financial support they are entitled to for latching onto you so many years ago. This continues until, you die, they die or they find another teat that's bigger than yours and get them to put a ring on it.
