An erection caused by the mere complacency with ones friend or partner, but not necessarily in any sexual way.

Jennypie noticed that her bf has an erection 80% of the time they're together, and he said it's because "I just get a comfort boner when I get comfortable (i.e. chilling on the couch, etc) with you."

A comfort person is someone who makes you feel happy and safe whenever you see them.

A person that makes you feel less worried upset or frightened.

Someone you feel like you've known forever.

Even though we don't do much when we hangout I still feel safe and sound around them. They are my comfort person.
