Military slang for an injured person who can't perform regular duties, especially suspected malingerers.

Bob twisted his ankle running, so now he'll be a brokedick for the next three weeks.

Brodemic

A brodemic refers to an infestation or epidemic of "bros". The term was originally coined in reference to the overwhelming bro population of Pacific Beach in San Diego, California. The term's local popularity spread quickly, as much of Southern California suffers from this terrible condition. One classic sign of a brodemic is an overabundance of Ed Hardy and Affliction t-shirts. Other symptoms include population-wide efforts to avoid intellectual achievement while receiving many visible tattoos of unique and often indecipherable origin.

I tried to go to the beach the other day, but the brodemic was out of control - it was a sausage fest of the worst kind.

Bodrick

Possibly the best word ever to be invented, a 'bodrick' is a nerd, a geek, a boff, whatever you want to call them. Lovable but socially inept, the typical bodrick will blink an inordinate number of times when speaking, stammer a little, giggle a little and have an unnatural love for science. A bodrick may also just be the friend you recently discovered drives a Ford KA or owns a waistcoat.
