A term used to describe someone of an older generation (Baby Boomer). Often used as an insult to describe someone who is behind the times, lacks understanding of new terms, and lacks the ability to use technology.
“You heard of that boomer streamer?”

“Yeah, that guy is a boomer”

A person who usually has Facebook, will laugh at memes or jokes that are usually not funny. These people will also tend to call millienials, boomers. These people also have a very low knowledge of meme culture and will not find a meme today that's funny, funny or humourous because of their lack of meme knowledge. Boomers will also laugh at minion memes or memes from 2011 to 2017.
"Hey Josue, that 20th century fox intro with an off key recorder playing in the background was not funny. You do realize that's pretty old right, it's not very funny anymore." "Ok Boomer, you're over here laughing at Obama memes."
