"Tracer 76" is a term used in the First person shooter game: "Overwatch" to describe a Tracer player who refrains from getting up close to the enemy team to deal any significant damage and gains minimum value as a result of them shooting from afar and/or on high ground, much like a how you would play Soldier 76, another character in the game.
Tracer 76 is usually seen in lower MMR lobbies due to the lack of mechanical skill and confidence from the Tracer player, making them uncomfortable diving the backline and fully capitalizing on Tracer's Close range DPS

"we're getting rolled, why isn't our Dps doing their job?"
"cause our second Dps is playing Tracer 76"

Guy 1: Hey, why you so down?
Guy 2: I got Corona for the 4th time! I'm one of the rare Covid-76 people.

To pre-order an anticipated video game in order to get early access, only to find that the game is horrible and the publisher refuses to allow refunds.
Tom: Are you going to pre-order Anthem for the exclusive demo?
Bill: No way, I don't want to get Fallout 76'd again.

One of two interstate highways with the "76" designation (the other being in Ohio and Pennsylvania with about 3 miles of Jersey mixed in), this is an extremely boring nowhere freeway. Its sole purpose is connecting Denver to Chicago and Omaha (via Interstate 80).
It runs from Interstate 80 at Big Springs, Nebraska, through absolute nothingness for 180 miles, and then ends at Interstate 70 in Denver with NO WARNING. Without knowing it, you are now on Interstate 70, heading west towards the potentially dangerous Rocky Mountains.

"Well, kids, here's Interstate 76!"
"zzzzzzzzzzzzzz..."
"Only 186 miles to Denver!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
