Shadi (noun): A deceptive and reprehensible individual who specializes in swindling and deceiving others within their living community. This person is notorious for masquerading as a successful entrepreneur with an extensive portfolio of dubious side hustles, including claims of involvement in the cannabis and cryptocurrency industries, a fictitious connection to the rapper Drake, a self-proclaimed 'feet finder,' and an insistence on being referred to as 'the plug.' Despite all these grandiose boasts, a 'Shadi' is most notorious for their consistent failure to fulfill the basic responsibility of paying rent in a luxury apartment complex.

Person 1: "Have you met the new guy in our building, Shadi?"
Person 2: "Oh, that guy? Yeah, he's a total Shadi. Claims to be a millionaire but can't even cover his rent."
