chihuahua mentality

Also known as the small dog mentality; A shorter individual who is exceptionally loud and aggressive - usually to taller people - due to insecurities about being short and presumptions about the tall person judging this.

This can be commonly observed in the animal world; e.g. the way a small dog reacts with a larger one.

David: Bro, I keep getting mugged by that shinkicker over there.

Bob: He's probably got that chihuahua mentality.

mentos bomb

When 3-5 mentos mints are dropped into a two liter bottle of diet coke causing a geyser of foam to shoot anywhere from a couple of feet to a few yards into the air. A real mentos bomb is when you build pressure up inside the diet coke bottle by dropping the same amount of mentos into the diet coke and quickly putting the cap back on. Then you throw the bottle as hard as you can on the ground. Depending on how hard you throw it and how it lands, the cap will shoot off propelling the bottle like a missle at your preferred target such as an ex-girlfriend or your mom.

Point of Mental Retardation

when smoking weed, the point at which one gets so high that he/she resembles somebody with some kind of mental retardation. Characteristics include flailing arms at nothing, yelling/screaming at nothing, profound uncontrollable laughter. there is no specified amount that one has to smoke in order to achieve this state of mind because everyone's tolerance is different. everybody expresses their point of mental retardation differently, but it's usually easy to tell when one has reached the point of mental retardation. in conversation, this phrase is typically abbreviated to 'PMR.'

Zach: *hits bong*
Joey: *hits bong*
Zach: WOOOOOOG!! BLA-GEE-GOO-GOO!!
Will: oh damn, is he at the point of mental retardation?
Joey: yupp
Will: shit, should we put him outside or something?
