Guild Wars 2

Guild Wars 2 is an MMO, the sequal to Guild Wars and the most over-hyped game ever which is scheduled to be released in late August 2012. According to hype, this will be the best game ever written, it will kill World of Warcraft instantly the day it is released, it will cure cancer and bring world peace to the planet. In reality, it will be lucky if it has similar success to the #2 MMO right now, namely SWTOR, which only has about 10% of the subscribers that WoW has.

Guild Wars Fan Boy: Hey did you try out the awesome Guild Wars 2 Beta event weekend? Wasn't that the awesomest game you ever played? It will totally kill WoW.

Wow player: Actually, I didn't really like it. I don't see what is so great about the game.

guido

Judging by the previous definitions, a guido must be someone who inspires a lot of haters. These haters have probably had their girlfriends stolen by a guido who actually goes to a gym and takes care of himself. It probably happened at a bar where the guido was actually having a good time dancing while the unshowered white-bread boyfriend (from Ohio with no rhythm who thinks he is a New Yorker because he has been here 3 years) was off in the corner complaining about Bridge and Tunnel people coming into the city and wishing he had downloaded that way too cool new obscure alt-rock/retro 80s (undanceable) song on his iPod.

I have no culture, ethnic food, family loyalty or rhythm of my own where I am from in Bumble F@ck USA so I make fun of guidos and pretend to be a hip New Yorker.

Guido

Any person (most commonly of italian descent) that has an immense amount of pride in himself. Usually wears tight Armani Exchange, Ed Hardy, Calvin Klein, or Guess clothing. Typically spend a significant amount of time on his appearence in order to look flashy and appealing. Hairstyles include Crowns, Front Flips, Fohawks, and spikes. The most abundant place that Guido's are found are in the New Jersey, New York Tri-state area. Can sometimes be associated with metro-sexual as they do tend to care about their outward appearance more then other men. Usually spend time on facial grooming (eyebrow waxing, ect..) and tanning.

Guido's enjoy clubbing and drinking and girls. Dance styles can seem a little out of whack, but it is a form of expressing ones mental and physical state of tranquility and ecstasy. They take pride in their own italian background (as little or non existent it may be) and enjoy a restless, and care free life
