A person who makes plans with you but then has the balls to make other plans and tell you that they made new plans and your plans no longer work. They think this kind of behaviour is normal and that a simple sorry is suitable.

Georgiana, is such a stupid flake. She makes plans and then asks her son what he wants to do and all he wants to do is play video games because his mom is a lazy stupid cow who doesnt know how to raise a kid let alone her arm. So she cancels because her kid is playing videogames with his friends online. Fuck you, Georgiana. You stupid fat cow.
