Lippin' Dots

Derived from the yummy stadium treat 'Dippin Dots', a term for a facial hair that is only on the corners of the mouth. As opposed to a moustache, soul patch, or van dyke, the Lippin' Dots are just a small patch of hair remaining when you shave the upper lip and chin.

A blue dot is a sex offender, often a child molester. The term comes from the way the majority of neighborhood safety websites display sex offenders in your area (active residence = blue dot).

They start at the top of the arm and continues down to nail of the middle finger.

They can be straight or crooked, depending on how drunk you are when you put them on you.

Example #1:Bob, come over here so I can put some party dots on you.
