Noun: Any member, past or present, or fan of the Duke basketball team — possibly the douchiest college basketball team in the history the NCAA. They are, in essence, the Paris Hilton of college basketball (they say we hate them because they're famous/win/are on TV/verbally blown by ESPN/CBS announcers/etc...), but no. We hate them because they're smug, rude and whiny — and it's fun.

If the Dukebags win tonight, the terrorists do, too.

The act of taking a normal sized duke, and wiping the excess duke nuggets from the rim of you butt-hole only to realize that you have to take another duke of equal or more weight.

A multiuse, versatile word just like "fuck". Its meaning is contextual and also up to interpretation. Some claim that it represents the main character in the game by 3D realms, Duke Nukem. Basically just do anything like Duke Nukem would.
