Heroin Ankles

Lesions and or scarring appearing on one’s ankles that could be mistaken for scarring from injecting the drug Heroin. Usually caused by scratching bug bites until they scar, eczema, or actually shooting heroin though your ankles.

Jamie: oh my god, Trucinda! Look how bad my heroin ankles look!
Trucinda: oh no Jamie, are you shooting heroin through your ankles?
Jamie: oh heavens no! I got attacked by mosquitos a couple weeks ago right on my ankles. I couldn’t leave them alone, I’ve been scratching and scratching for weeks!

Trucinda: you should put some cortisone cream on them to help stop the itch.
