track record

A person's history of intense relationships (such as boyfriend /girlfriend or one night stand) with (usually) the opposite sex. Usually used to gauge whether it's worth it to go after someone.

"I was thinking about going after the girl in my math class, but then I found out her track record and she's all about the bling."

Dick Tracey

A very tricky, yet skillful act of shaming a drunk person. In this act (performed by a male), the artist pulls out his penis ("dick") and continues to trace it on the drunken, passed-out person's face ("tracey"). If feeling ambitious (or the opposing party is passed the fuck out), one could also trace his balls and add pubic hair as seen fit.

Huff: Dude, Cody Nelson is passed out over there, and it's only 8:30!

"Track" in the context of music simply means a song. A reference to the track on a compact disc. "Track" could also refer to an individual instrument track in the song.
