Anxiety is the worst now if you were me I anxiety and let’s say your having fun with your family and then with anxiety a couple seconds later your mind with say stuff like “they don’t like you” “ they don’t care about you they hate you they are just friends out of pity” my mind makes my crazy and not in a good way my head says stuff To that is so annoying it’s something serious that should not be a trend to joke about it is something serious it is not funny.

Friend: you are my BFF

Anxiety: she is not your BFF she HATES you
