White teenager that is most likely rich and lives in the suburbs. Wiggers pretend they live in the ghetto and tell their peers that they do. Will claim to be poor yet own $100-$600 limited edition hip hop clothes (that are 3 sizes too big) and will claim to be the best fighters around. Wiggers hang out in packs and call anyone not in their group fags or pussies. Often talk about how rough their life was when they lived in the closest possible remotely bad area to where they currently reside or the ghetto or housing projects even if they never lived there. Wiggers will call their fellow wigger friends "nigger" or "nigga." Each one usually has about 13 girls after them, most hoping to be their girlfriend. Claim to deal drugs and be a " Hustla " They often clash with other rival wigger groups. Besides conflicting with rival wiggers they fight with the emos, punks, skater, goths, jocks, scene kids, nerds, chavs, preppies, and any other types of cliques nearby. Their girlfriend(s) will usually be slutty and/or disloyal. Wiggers can be found in malls, downtown areas, your local upper middle to upper class neighborhoods, at skate parks starting trouble with skaters and "punks", and at your local middle school and high school.

A racial slur that insults two races at the same time but has become popular anyway. It combines white + nigger and describes a white person perceived as acting like or wanting to be black, as if that was somehow a bad thing.

Black guy: Are you a wigger?
White guy: Are you a nigger?

A wigger is basically a white version of a nigger. No offense to black people. though you might see a wigger in a trailer park. Or some place that is ghetto. A wigger is someone who thinks they are badass and thinks fighting is the only answer. Which it isn't because America still hates Afghanistan, Iraq, etc. Wigger commonly have a lot of pride and are very cocky. They get very easily set off by even the slightest remark. A wigger is usually atheist, though they are still yet to prove themselves right and evolve from immature animals into humans. Also a wigger is a hardcore pothead, who likes to rebel against society, when reality they are only rebeling against a few laws, which they still think that they are true bad asses. When they don't think to realize that if they truly want to rebel they should be unlike everyone else and be good, because it seems everyone still does bad. Just read that last sentence a few times until you understand what i'm trying to say. They usually don't think about what they say before they say it. They don't back down from fights because they want to seem manly, when they have failed to realize it takes a bigger more mature man to walk away from a fight than it does to stay. They need to get sense knocked into them.

Tail-wagger

A tail-wagger is someone that follows a crowd or a movement without truly questioning the validity or purpose for it. TailTail-waggers often copy hashtags or wear pink kitten hats. They see others in the crowd doing something, so they want to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Kind of like when you want a dog to do a trick or behave a certain way, you reward it with a pat on the back and a treat and it wags its tail, because it's excited to have the approval of the boss.

Most protestors are just tail waggers.
