Examples:

To talk to a man or woman with the main intention if having sex.

To be friends or nicer than usual to someone with the intention of using them for his or her possessions or hook-ups.

Originates from how hicks sit next to each other in their truck with out the space in the middle.

Look at that couple over their sitting right next to each other instead of facing each other.
I know right I hate when I see people sitting hick...its weird.
