It means to be upset that you are at the lowest sector in the rank system in the game (AKA Silver) because you are bad and horrible at the game. This insult is normally told in lower ranks, where the Gold Novas will toxically attack the Silvers because they are a few ranks higher than them and want to boost their egos.
