It is an expression in women's world, that describes the growing of hair roots showing the natural color of the hair against the dyed one.

Her hair dye is always perfect, not a single sign of re-growth at the roots. Had I not known her since she was a kid I would have thought her a genetic blonde.

Re-hangover

When you wake up with a hangover, but then do it all over again (see hair of the dog that bit you). The resulting catastrophe the NEXT day is the ever-dreaded re-hangover.

EXAMPLE 1- After two nights of drinking, Lynda's re-hangover was so bad that she actually considered alcoholism as an alternative to sobering up.
EXAMPLE 2- Dude #1: "I can't believe you went to your company Christmas party last night. Not after all the drinking we did the night before, man"
Dude #2: "I was so re-hungover this morning, I could barely hold my dick to take a leak."

Re-flop

When one buys some cheap flip flops that just so happen to be a retarded pair. By retarded I mean that nothing about them is right. (example- when the velcro strap becomes unattached and they fall off your feet as you start walking.)
(note to self: if you buy a pair of flip flops from a flea market and they only cost you $1, they will already be or they will soon become a pair of re-flops)

It also can be used to described a person who is acting like a total jackass.
