In Argentina someone is "mala leche" when they are determined to make you feel bad about something, for example, when a friend knows that you´ve been through a break up, she is "mala leche" when she says "oh my god, your ex just texted me and sayed that im so hot, im going to text him back" (basically when someone is a bad person)

Also we use mala leche like a vulgar way to say bad luck. E. "We lost the match against Saudi Arabia bc of the VAR, que mala leche"
