Pretty much Target brand.
Just a buncha food.
such as offbrand veggie straws or hard-boiled eggs or offbrand Lunchables.

I'm running out of names...
I'll just use placeholders.
Person 1: Just a quick Target run. Want anything?
Person 2: Nah, but I do want Good & Gather™ hard-boiled eggs.
Person 1: ok.
Off Person 1 went on a Target run.

I'm Good

The ultimate expression of condescension, usually it's employed when someone is too cowardly to turn something down directly. It essentially means "No." or "I must decline.", but it sounds wishy-washy and weak. It's used so much because it's way easier than saying "No." and it also for some unknown reason sounds more polite and less blunt.

Guy: Hey do you wanna go out to the restaurant with me?
Woman: (Staring into her phone) Ummmm no thanks I'm good.

Usually preceeded with a look of disbelief or a headshake used to determine immediate disapproval from one friend's actions to another
The opposite of its all good or all good
