Characters who aren't heroes or anti-heroes because they really aren't heroic at all, or worthy of idolizing or redemption, and they also don't do only what a real person would or could do in the same situations, they go far beyond the pale. Truly un-relatable and unrealistic.

Scarface, Breaking Bad & The Sopranos main characters were all super-zeroes.
