A person who comically stumbles among others and or themselves where they proceed to say some ridiculous reptilian phrases and references to reptilian culture whilst falling amidst the air, generated by a pneumatic machine. These people usually have dyed hair, wear glasses, are below the height of 5'0, and have specific skills in sexually punching mirrors but anyone can be deemed the term.
