THA: is a specific article. It has tha same definition as 'the', only it's spelled like people most often say it . THA is used before any next word that begins with a consonant; THE is used before any next word that begins with a vowel. It changes tha most common word in English to be neutral/inclusive rather than a 'he' word. Dictionaries could spell words tha way they are most commonly pronounced.
