Road Rudder

A Dutch Rudder performed on a person while they drive a car (much like road head). Warning: do not attempt in a vehicle with manual transmission.

The front seats in Bill's Hummer are too far apart, so instead of road head, I gave him a Road Rudder.

They can be spotted hiding behind signs, bushes and in concealed parking lots. Many times they will speed past you recklessly looking at their cell phones. They are armed and their automobiles are equipped with sirens and lights to make it easier to force you off the road in places to impede other travelers. Favorite saying is "STOP RESISTING!!!"
