Pillbilly 

A person from West Virginia,Ohio,or Kentucky that travels down to Broward County,Florida to buy prescription drugs and take them home to abuse them and/or sell for profits. Or just a hillbilly with a Oxycontin/30mg pill addiction.

I know this guy that told me,Kentucky has the most prescription drug abusers. He was a total "pillbilly"

Hillbillyfication

The process where a 60 some year old babysitter from down south converts a northern child usually blond fat and female between the ages of 0 and 3 into a hillbilly.

Child: Ya'all got to feed me.

Mom: Where did you learn to talk like that?

Dad: It's that damn babysitter from Kentucky. Total hillbillyfication.

Hillwilly 

A simple, uneducated male that lives in the Western Foothills of Maine.
They often take pride in only working with their hands and having zero knowledge of technology, and often reject those who are educated or work in an office, as they view that as womanly. Their diets typically consist of fried food that's covered in ranch dressing, Mountain Dew and Bud Light.

"I need someone to help me clean up at the jobsite. Do you happen to anyone that I can use?"

"As a matter of fact, I do. I have a couple of Hillwilly's numbers saved in my phone."

A cashier that works in a store in the country or the middle of no where.

That tillbilly in there seemed pretty creepy and won't give me directions to the nearest town!

Millbilly 

A person from a mill town (steel,textile, etc) in Appalachia, such as Pittsburgh PA AND Cooleemee, NC.

That guy is a real millbilly. He must work at the mill in Follansbee.
