A place you don't want to be. This place may exhibit any combination of the following characteristics:

1. a high crime rate
2. a plethora of sketchy characters (aka thugs)
3. dark alleys or blind corners
4. the presence of metal detectors or rent-a-cops
5. instills a fear of you gettin' jacked

Ladies, if you have to ask a guy to walk you to your car for safety reasons (and not because you want to make out with him) ... the place is definitely shady.

I don't care that parking garage has decent lighting, it is shady from midnight to 6 am. Why else would they need a rent-a-cop?

The G-bar over in downtown is shady. Even my buddy Ian, who's pretty much a thug, got jacked there.

First of all you need to have a mirror directly in front of your bed. Then, while you are POUNDING your girlfriend doggy style while facing that mirror you quickly pull your penis out and jam it in her anus as hard as you can while placing both hands behind her head with your fingers spread out.
