Get the Cobbler Bottom mug.A racist behavior used by the staff at bars, restaurants, and nightclubs with anti-urban dress code policies. The goal of "cobblestoning" is to deny service to black patrons by baiting them into a fight over their appearance (e.g. do-rag, backwards hats, bandana, baggy jeans). The origin for this term comes from a sports bar and restaurant in York, Pennsylvania called "Cobblestones" who's manager is credited with perfecting this technique.
The only back guy in our party got "cobblestoned" at our table last night after we already ordered drinks. The club manager started a fight with him about his apparel even after he offered to remove his do-rag. They were determined to find an excuse to throw him out so we all left.

Get the Cobblestone mug.when two people in a relationship opt to hang out with only each other instead of joining friends or engaging in other social activity. the decision to "couple out" is consciously made by each member in the relationship, under the acknowledgment of the possible consequences: (1) never being invited to hang out with friends ever again , (2) losing one's reputation of being fun-loving and/or cool, (3) the risk of being verbally shamed by terms like "pussy whipped" or "lame" when seen again by friends.
Brett: "Why isn't our boy here at our party?"
Chet: "I just called him. Him and his girl are going to couple-out. They're going to watch a movie at home instead."
Brett: "Lame, dude."
